FIRE SAFETY
- Bringing food into the sleeping quarters is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN;
- Smoking is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED in the indoor areas of the house. In case of violation the fine is 300 BGN;
- In case of damages and damages to the inventory and furnishings in the house, the same shall be paid in treble amount, after inspection of the employee, before leaving the premises;
- All valuables and personal belongings of guests brought onto the guesthouse premises are the responsibility of the client(s);
- Clients shall conduct themselves in such a manner as not to disturb other clients or bring the establishment into disrepute;
- Illegal or immoral activities - gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, possession or use of firearms and other weapons are absolutely prohibited!
- In case of disturbance of public order (loud noise after 23:00) and a report is made to the law enforcement authorities, the guests of the house take full responsibility for solving the case. If the law enforcement authorities impose penalties, fines, acts and other punishments provided for by Bulgarian law, they are covered in full by the guests responsible for the violations found.
- Persons under 18 years of age, stay on the premises of the house only with an adult escort;
- Access to the property by persons not included in the prior reservation, even without an overnight stay, is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN;
- The guest house owner is not responsible for any accidents occurring to guests within the premises.
- The owner reserves the right to have other guests and/or clients staying at the guesthouse unless the entire site is booked in advance;
FIRE SAFETY
- Do not light fires outside the designated areas.
- Do not place combustible or flammable objects or liquids near stoves or fireplaces.
- If a fire is noticed in/around the guesthouse, use fire extinguishers immediately, call tel. 112 and the representative of the house Anka-Daniela Iotov - tel.: +359/876196914
